I have Java installed however Internet explorer 7 does not load the camera page, it gives me a "red x"
Sometimes internet explorer add-ons can become disabled depending on your unique settings or if you have restored the internet explorer settings back to installation defaults. Reinstallation of Java should be your first step however you need to also check your internet explorer 7 settings.
- Open Internet Explorer 7
- Go to and select Tools from the Internet Explorer 7 window
- Go to and select Manage Add-ons > Enable or Disable Add-ons
- Locate the Sun Java Console and change its status from Disabled to Enabled
- After selecting “ok” and applying the updated settings you will need to close all Internet Explorer windows and possibly restart the computer for these settings to take effect.
- You should now be able to view the internet cameras page.
